You may check out using a Credit or Debit card OR you can use Paypal to check out if you prefer. YOU NO LONGER NEED TO USE PAYPAL CHECKOUT ONLY! All payments are secure using SSL encryption, with sophisticated fraud protection. and your payment information is NOT stored by us. All orders are shipped within 48 hours of cleared payment, using the UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE ( with online tracking service. If we anticipate a problem with your order, we will contact you immediately.We encourage customers to create an account to keep track of orders and shipment information, but it is not necessary to place an order.

At present, we currently charge a flat rate of $5.00 for all domestic orders, regardless of quantity or weight. Order 1 or 20 items, still just 5 bucks! Most orders weighing under 1 pound (namely CDs) are shipped First Class Mail. Records and combined media items are shipped USPS Media Mail (2-8 days delivery time depending on location). Orderings containing clothing items or non-media are shipped best method available (First Class, Priority, etc).

We have no control over international shipping prices! International orders are shipped using United States Postal Service ( using the most cost effective method available. Prices are based on package weight, i.e., a package containing 1-2 vinyl LPs will usually weigh up to 2 pounds and cost about $23.00. For larger orders, please contact us first to get accurate rates. We will work with you to get you the items you want (finding exact weight of larger orders, removing CDs from cases, customs info, etc).

If you do not receiving tracking information with your order or do not receive your order in a reasonable amount of time (7-10 days), please feel free to CONTACT US and we can provide you with tracking information and/or status.

We do our best to pack orders securely, using quality mailers with appropriate packaging material (stiffeners, bubble wrap, etc). While we do not assume responsibility for damaged items by postal authorities outside of our control,  we DO strive to keep customers happy with their buying experiences from us, so let us know!
